To whom it may concern,
Please review and consider the Cryptocurrency ETF request for approval. With the market continuing to move towards regulatory oversight across the world I want the United States to retain it's competitive advantage for future currency investment options. Investment via a trusted firm such as CBOE will allow me to not only invest safely in to the burgeoning market, but also to feel that my investments are following regulatory law while simultaneously being insured against bad actors. To approve this request means to continue to keep our competitive advantage in the market keeping both investor money involved in our financial framework while also protecting the US customer and consumer of CBOE's product.
