There currently exists great risk to investors in the Cryptosphere. Bitcoin is the standard barer for the technology, has survived multiple attacks and has a proven utility as a currency and commodity. However, there are significant barriers to investors of all sorts, due to the unregulated exchanges which are vulnerable to hacks, fraud, and interruption among other risks. I encourage the SEC to bring needed regulations into this space and open the door to institutional investors and other risk conscious individuals and groups.
