Hi,
I am completely in favour of the SEC regulating and bring the CBOE ETF to the light. CBOE has already taken the insurance to reduce the risks posed by the robbery of funds and Regulated Futures Market for CryptoCurrencies also exist allowing them to hedge risks , both points that SEC had raised while denying the acceptance of the Last Bitcoin ETF Filing.
Also , this would allow the Large Pension Funds like California Teachers Pension Fund to have a positive view of the CryptoCurrencies Market.
Blockchain is going to change the way we behave in the next 5 years , the same thing happened with internet and passing the ETF regulation allows the commoner who is at the sidelines to invest into a promising space like this , and earn fruits of the paradigm shift that this century is going to see because of the blockchain technology.
