Good day,

I'd like to start out by thanking the SEC for asking the public to comment on the recently proposed Bitcoin ETF. As I’m sure you guys have noticed there is an overwhelming majority that would like to see this proposal pushed through and I strongly believe that a bitcoin ETF would ultimately lead towards more overall protection for investors. The SEC previously had worries in regards to the volatility, liquidity, security, and so on. The most recent ETF proposal addresses such issues. Volatility and liquidity have been an ongoing issue due to lack of institutional interest in bitcoin, therefore making bitcoin more susceptible to maniupulation which ultimately leads to your average retail investor losing money due to lack of trade volume. Another problem is security, although through proper cold storage measures this issue can be addressed and investors will be better protected. This ETF proposal fixes the above noted issues and if the SEC’s ultimate goal is to protect your average retail investor than this ETF proposal should be approved.

Respectfully,

Eriberto Cura
