Dear Sec, As you know, every generation there's countless technological advances that we witness. Bitcoin and blockchain is one of these. Cell phones in the infancy, computers in the premature age, were not utilized by the majority of people. Now look at this age of time. Even senior citizens pushing triple age digits are utilizing these technological advances daily. We need this ETF for Bitcoin to show it's true colors. In it's beginning there was a lot of controversy even today there' some this is why we need the ETF. But now more and more institutions, leaders, countries have endorsed blockchain technology, and Bitcoin is definitely the forerunner. Let the new generation of financial architecture come into play. I wish you will consider passing the ETF and to not restrain this wonderful technology that has appeared in our lifetime. Thank You, Kevin C.
