To whom it may concern, Bitcoin is the future. As Americans we must choose whether we want to be leaders or followers in the crypto-currency arena. This ETF is a strong step in the right direction. The CBOE is on a short list of organizations capable of maintaining an insured, secure, transparent trusted fund. Now is the right time for America to make this move. Jobs will be created. American industry will lead in a technology which might grow to be bigger than the internet. The other option is to let countries like North Korea and Russia, who are adopting crypto-currencies at a rapid pace, to lead the way. Bitcoin needs American capital. Sincerely Dan Bokenko
