Dear SEC officials,
I feel there is a strong market desire for a Bitcoin ETF, with many investors who would like to invest in this asset class but are waiting on a regulated solution. I believe an ETF is the perfect vehicle to open up bitcoin to all types of hight net-worth individuals and institutional investors.
Governments, corporations, and citizens around the world recognize the transformative, staying power of cryptocurrencies and they have begun to be legitimized through adoption and regulation. Bringing Bitcoin under the watchful eye of the SEC would show that the US is innovative and receptive to transformative technology.
Most importantly, all of the concerns you have had with respect to prior ETF proposals have been addressed and the crypto ecosystem as a whole is trending in the right direction as far as consumer and investor safety and transparency.
