This comment pertains to the Notice of Filing of Proposed Rule Change to List and Trade Shares of SolidX Bitcoin Shares Issued by the VanEck SolidX Bitcoin Trust.
I am in strong agreement with the proposal set forth in this Notice. A regulated, openly-traded Bitcoin ETF, offered by a well known, established and trusted party will bring a a greater level of assurance to the bitcoin market and cryptoasset ecosystem as a whole.
This new offering will reduce the significant risk associated with the currently unregulated bitcoin and cryptoasset ecosystem.
