Crypto currencies have become a global phenomenon and many believe are here to stay.
The SEC has a unique opportunity and responsibility to protect retail and institutional investors.
In my estimation, the CBOE with it's long history is the ideal first exchange to be granted the right to offer a bitcoin ETF to its customers.
