I'd like to thank you for considering the proposed Bitcoin ETF's in Release No. 34-83520; File No. SR-CboeBZX-2018-040.
I believe that the overall cryptocurrency market has come a long way in meeting the regulatory concerns that had been previously voiced.
I'd also like to request that the ETF's be accessible to retail investors as well; not just accredited. People know the risks they are taking, and they are no more extreme than the VIX ETF's.
Please approve the CBOE ETF and help keep America on the forefront of technological innovation.
