Dear SEC,
Prioritizing emerging technology should be your main goal. The digital asset space is already a 250B market which is growing fast and will soon become trillion dollar industry. Many other countries from Japan to Malta are currently deliberating changes to their securities regulations in order to accommodate the needs of investors.
It would be very beneficial for all players in the market if you regulate an ETF as it will reduce the risk of money being lost from exchange hacks, etc. Approving the bitcoin ETF goes hand-in-hand with the SEC values and goals.
I would like to urge you to take a proactive stance and approve the SR-CboeBZX-2018-040.
