Consider your recent publicly stated opinion that Bitcoin is not a security. Consider the massive amount of Americans who jumped onto the Bitcoin bandwagon in December of last year, the peak of the current market cycle. Many of these Americans sold or will sell for a loss and claim a capital loss this year. However, your approval here is the catalyst that this market needs. Those tax dollars are waiting your approval and those capital losses will be converted to capital gains in the event you approve this. This is only my highly informed opinion and by no means is this investment advice. I am absolutely not a financial advisor. I see cryptocurrencies and digital assets being created in this space as the next generation internet. I want our country to lead the charge similar to how we led the charge when we created the first generation of the internet. This is the next generation and will without a doubt change the way we live, work, and think. Please consider approving this proposal in the name of innovation and technology.
