Dear Sir / Madam,
I have a number of traditional investments, which in the last few years have included the newer ‘tech’ stocks. In more recent times I have become interested in Blockchain creation and Cryptocurrencies and how both may affect the future of our world.
I believe that the countries that accept and encourage newer forms of technology, which may also include the transfer of value, will benefit greatly in this century. One of the fundamental issues in more recent times has been the implementation of unnecessary layers, that only complicate our future goals, slowing progress. Blockchain and Cryptocurrency technology, once given the chance, may free us to more swiftly advance as a society and likely give more time to the most important endeavours.
I would like to offer my support for this ETF application, since I believe it will perform several benefits to a burgeoning space. Most notably the incredibly volatility has the potential to negatively affect great ideas and destroy people’s confidence in solid investment vehicles. As with almost every other market a base layer of institutional money reduces this volatility and, although likely to limit aggressive growth, will protect all investors over time.
For as long as I have been alive the U.S.A. has played a pivotal part in the movement towards progress. Not only for those that reside within the country, but elsewhere throughout the globe. Small steps, such as these, are a necessary part of any progress. Many other countries are finding ways to create the infrastructure to allow Cryptocurrency management and adoption. An ETF can provide a strong foundation of governmental support and I hope you are able to pass this proposal, in order to gently encourage this infant space to become a more professional arena.
