Hi,
As an ordinary world citizen, i'd like to admit that all countries desire their citizens to take money into trade circulation and all citizens of countries desire their money to profilerate. I think Bitcoin ETF and a number of cryptocurrencies are the unique tools to make all the countries -including USA- achieve theese goals.
On the road to achieve theese goals, there is an important step/regulation which needs to come into life. I believe that it will have been realised by your ruling.
