Dear SEC,
You guys have allowed much riskier investments!
A BTC ETF would certainly be a benefit for both retail investors (compared with forcing them to buy and hold and manage private keys themselves… Or worse use something like coinbase) and to the crypto market providing much needed and stabilizing liquidity.
It is essential that they have a 'physical' backed ETF none of that futures nonsense, which I believe is the real enemy of retail investors.
