I hope that the commission will take careful consideration in regards to this rule change. Myself as a retail investor would like to be able to securely invest in this product. I fear that the CFTC will allow institutional investors to enter the market before retail investors will have an opportunity to securely purchase products such as these. I also fear that many people in this industry will find safe means to do business outside of the US due to local and state laws along with lengthy regulatory process. I know the SEC is providing due diligence, but I am fearful that our process is lagging behind others which could create innovation to move away from our country.
