I hope the appropriate people are actually reading these notes that are being sent in. I think this is an outrage that the CBOE can take away a right that I purchased when I bought the Board of Trade seat. I can not even believe that it has come this far. I aquate this to purchasing a stock and holding it for many years. The stock is diversified in it's holdings and had many outside interests. After a period of time the stock had a spin-off of one of its holdings, and the shareholders did not get a portion of the spin-off because the original company had merged with another company. Do you know how angry the shareholders would be. That is built in to the price you pay for the stock. We are losing a great amount of money on a monthly basis because we can't lease our CBOT seat. Do you plan on reimbursing this loss to everyone?

Sincerely,

Cindy Cox
