To whom it may concern:

I am writing you about the proposed rule change (File No. SR-CBOE-2006-106). The Chicago Board Options Exchange plans to eliminate the Chicago Board of Trade trading rights at the CBOE. The trading right at the CBOE has always been part of the CBOT membership. When I purchased my FULL membership in 1996 there was an added value to the price of the membership because of the CBOE trading right. I have done everything that the CBOE has required to retain the trading right. It would not be fair to me or any other CBOT member if they eliminate trading right just because it interferes with their plans. By changing the rule the CBOE hopes to increase the value of their membership at my expense. I hope that you will vote to reject the rule change and allow CBOT members to keep their trading rights at the CBOE.

Sincerely:

Robert Berry
