To Whom it May Concern,

The CBOT and CBOT Members invested money , time ,expertize and five years of planning to create the CBOE. Our original concept of a formalized stock option's exchange including our CHARTER that we held since the early 1920's, included an incredible amount of risk if the initial pilot program failed. The CBOE now says the CBOT Members that founded the CBOE exchange are not entitled to fair compensation because of technicalities and interpretations. I am asking that you look at this objectively and fairly, believing that all full members at the CBOT share equally in any distributions stemming from CBOE'S planned demutualization. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.

Sincerely,

Angelo Dangles
CBOT Member since 1969
