RE:File No. SR-CBOE-2006-106 Dear SEC, I have been a Full Member at CBOT since 1999. I strongly disagree with the CBOE stance that the CBOT Exercise right should be null and void.As an equity member of the CBOE I believe there should be compensation, and in my opinion this should be decided in the Delaware Court,or through negotiations. These exchanges are based on the integrity of the membership,so why is the CBOE trying avoid compensating CBOT Members, because of some perceived technicality?GREED! They should negotiate with CBOT with the same integrity that they were built on. Sincerely, Doug Riccolo |
