Dear Ms. Morris:

The CBOE's proposed rule change is an attempt to disregard all the precedents established since the early 70's and the creation of the Chicago Board of Options Exchange. We, as CBOT full members, have and have had, membership rights (membership) at the CBOE. This matter should only be resolved in the pending Delaware litigation.
