Without being Provided with Factual Statements of Holdings, from The Custodian, because of Address Information supplied from The Advisors who Control Ownership by listing Beneficial Owners in Street Name, How Can the Beneficial Owners be provided with a Statement that is Not Manipulated, Do that the Fiduciary is the Financial Benefactor?
Without having that Factual Information, that is Needed to Register Ownership, to File Forms Needed with the SEC and Provide Factual Information in the Edgar Filing Syste.
How Can the Beneficial Owners of the Exchanges, Controlled By Trustees and Custodian by Concealment.. Must be Investigated and The Commission needs to Communicate with the True Owners to Stop the Acts of Corrupt Practices to Continue.
What Department can help, to Not cause Failure or Continued Sale Offs of Shares that are being owned by Another, or being Stolen From by Filing notices in the Federal Register?
