Securities and Exchange Commission:

I previously submitted comment regarding File Number SR-BatsBZX-2016-30 and have the following addendum in support of my request that the Commission delay approval. Please forgive my continuing addenda as it is hard to remember all of bitcoin's problems in one day.

1. Bitcoin Core Software, which is relied on for all bitcoin software is experimental. If you download he software and click on "About Bitcoin Core" you will see:

This is experimental software.

This product includes software developed by the OpenSSL Project for use in the OpenSSL Toolkit https://www.openssl.org/ and cryptographic software written by Eric Young and UPnP software written by Thomas Bernard.

I am not sure an experiment belongs on a US exchange.

Thank you.
