To Whom it may concern in regards to File No. SR-Amex-2006-117, Please disapprove the CBOE's proposed rule change. I feel they are completely dishonest in requesting this rule change. The CBOT created and capitalized the CBOE. Without the CBOT there would not be a CBOE. In the CBOE's charter the CBOT members were given membership priviledge rights. To take these away now would be wrong and dishonest. This is clearly an example of reneging on a contract due to changes the future brings. Life just doesn't work that way. Where would our society be if people,corporations,countries, etc did not remain true to their word.
