Dear SEC Commissioners,

Please do not give in to industry pressures on Section 1504 of the Dodd-Frank Act (the Cardin-Lugar Amendment) - and make sure that ALL companies are covered, every country and every project gets reported, and loopholes that would allow large sums of money to go unreported are closed.

My Comment:

I would want to see the Oil/Chemical companies take 25% of every profit dollar and spend it in the country they desire to operate for community projects that would create better living conditions for the people living their. No contract would be agreed to without clauses that clearly state penalties for harm done to the environment and the people of that region. This penalty could be arrived at by taking the going rate of sale price. This would be charged against the Companies involved. Further, any person in political office discovered making any deals that directly link to their personal wealth should be removed from office immediately.
