Subject: File No. S7-42-10 - Comment from Alfred Sellers

February 10, 2012

Dear SEC Commissioners,

Please do not give in to industry pressures on Section 1504 of the Dodd-Frank Act (the Cardin-Lugar Amendment) - and make sure that ALL companies are covered, every country and every project gets reported, and loopholes that would allow large sums of money to go unreported are closed.

My Comment:

We must stop allowing the oil companies to lobby against the peoples' wealth of the host country. These countries have enough wealth to feed and provide medical care for their own people. We need oil companies still money from the host-country peoples and provided it to a dictator. The oil companies missed the opportunity to help the world on a massive scale. When this opportunity is missed, then other wealthy countries take on the responsibility of feeding and providing medical care for the poor people of the host countries that the oil barons stills their countries wealth.
