Dear SEC Commissioners,
Please do not give in to industry pressures on Section 1504 of the Dodd-Frank Act (the Cardin-Lugar Amendment) - and make sure that ALL companies are covered, every country and every project gets reported, and loopholes that would allow large sums of money to go unreported are closed.
My Comment:
In 1950 the Balkan Shelf in North Dakota was discovered. Then Texas Oil monsters freaked out worrying that the price of gas would drop from 20 cents a gallon to about 12 cents. So they went on pure mafia intimidation campaign forcing politicians and media to absolutely ignore that discovery or be destroyed. Finally in 1998 under pressure from people from ND the Clinton administration allowed a US geological survey which exposed over 400 billion barrows of oil and that half could be recovered using existing methods. This is more Oil then Saudi Arabia has and that is not close to all the USA has. That ND self alone could provide all of the US gas consumption for 27 years. They use American forces to protect these tyrants and make the world believe that they are charging the world 100 dollars or more a barrel when they only get pennies on the dollar. It is the big Oil companies setting the price they pay themselves which is simply money laundering. The two parties are beyond corrupt, they are Ivy league actors trained to speak what they are suppose to say, while secretly attacking all Americans, and the world. Why. Middle class people act the same as rich people, they go where they want do what they want and tell politicians what they need to do. They use the Vatican's old trick of forcing a population to become destitute and they can herd them like cattle for a brick of free cheese. Wealthy nations take the power from the monsters bankrupt nations hand them the power. The Bush Administration tried to bankrupt America and would not allow the oil to be taped. Obama under mounting pressure allowed 20 wells to start production in ND, which is about like trying to drain the blood of an elephant with 20 misquotes. Middle class and rich tell the politicians what to do as they heard the poor like animals. And the parties only allow people to run that will keep big oil world rapists in charge.
