Subject: File No. S7-42-10 - Comment from Debora McGee

Dear SEC Commissioners,

Please do not give in to industry pressures on Section 1504 of the Dodd-Frank Act (the Cardin-Lugar Amendment) - and make sure that ALL companies are covered, every country and every project gets reported, and loopholes that would allow large sums of money to go unreported are closed.

My Comment:

The time is now to refuse to continue pandering to the interests of BIG MONEY (including BIG OIL) blocking closed door deals which only pad the pockets of questionable politicians. When the U.S. SEC and Congress play these games, everyone loses...and it gives all Americans a "black eye" just so some wealthy people and corporations can persevere over the good of the United States of America and the rest of the world. We (the United States of America) are better than that and we don't need to be facilitators of this kind of corruption. PLEASE stand firm for transparency and against those who want to hide their back-room deals. Thank you.
