Subject: File No. S7-42-10 - Comment from ONE Member White

Dear SEC Commissioners,

Please do not give in to industry pressures on Section 1504 of the Dodd-Frank Act (the Cardin-Lugar Amendment) - and make sure that ALL companies are covered, every country and every project gets reported, and loopholes that would allow large sums of money to go unreported are closed.

My Comment:

The veil of secrecy that Big Business operates behind is a major reason our economy is suffering the way it is. Certainly the SEC's lack of disclosure and apparent complicity assisted the financial industry in the swindling of millions of Americans, the loss of the American dream of home ownership and, even more devastating, the loss of faith that the majority of Americans, both liberal and conservative, have in our government's protection of OUR democracy. You have an opportunity to start turning this perception of government and it's agencies as being nothing more than pickpockets of the 99% of us not in the "Privileged" class. Your opportunity to do this is fragile at best, Do the right thing and make sure that the "Playing Field" is level... this is, after all, your absolute duty.
