Dear SEC Commissioners,
Please do not give in to industry pressures on Section 1504 of the Dodd-Frank Act (the Cardin-Lugar Amendment) - and make sure that ALL companies are covered, every country and every project gets reported, and loopholes that would allow large sums of money to go unreported are closed.
My Comment:
Big oil companies have raped the rank and file of Africa and other continents and locations for far too long. Attempting to alter the laws for even greater financial gain has got to be terminated forever. Do these folks know the meaning of te word, "NO!"? No more closed door deals, no more hiding what is being paid. In other words, no more taking advantage of others for personal and corporate oil profit.
