Subject: File No. S7-42-10 - Comment from ONE Member Henson

Dear SEC Commissioners,

Please do not give in to industry pressures on Section 1504 of the Dodd-Frank Act (the Cardin-Lugar Amendment) - and make sure that ALL companies are covered, every country and every project gets reported, and loopholes that would allow large sums of money to go unreported are closed.

My Comment:

The ONLY way, in human existence, to show HONESTY, and to be honest with each other, is to have OPEN discussions, when it comes to any government economic plans and/or programs, to show that the government (of any nation, state, province, or region) is not punishing the poor at the expense of the rich. Please, do not permit, under ANY circumstances, any closed door meetings when it comes to the deals, contracts, agreements, or treaties affecting any fossil fuel and how much the corporations and/or governments make out of such "deals"; this, for the sake of humanity, must be open to public scrutiny and subject to challenge by the people--the human beings of that country, state, nation, region or province.
