Subject: File No. S7-42-10 - Comment from lynn pickwell

Dear SEC Commissioners,

Please do not give in to industry pressures on Section 1504 of the Dodd-Frank Act (the Cardin-Lugar Amendment) - and make sure that ALL companies are covered, every country and every project gets reported, and loopholes that would allow large sums of money to go unreported are closed.

My Comment:

The era has arrived where the global masses will rise up at all costs. We demand the planet/nature be protected/respected, even though we recognize that we are all inextricably linked. Corportism in bed w/ politicans forming elite circles of profit over people/profit over environment has seen its day; now we move into action...either you start to operate transparently and fairly or the people enact mass justice. It's that plain and simple...just like our forefathers wanted it. So let's all get on board the Peace Train and start working in tandem to build a healthier society, and do what is right for the earth that hosts us. PS: There is no threat intended in the "people enact mass justice" it simply means we will create power swings through our purchasing power that will hurt companies until they start behaving responsibly on all issues: environment, exploitation of labour, etc.
