The following Letter Type A, or variations thereof, was submitted by individuals or entities.

Letter Type A:

Dear SEC Commissioners,

Please do not give in to industry pressures on Section 1504 of the Dodd-Frank Act (the Cardin-Lugar Amendment) - and make sure that ALL companies are covered, every country and every project gets reported, and loopholes that would allow large sums of money to go unreported are closed.

On Section 1504, please follow the language of the law, not the demands of industry. Strong rules on 1504 will maintain America's leadership on transparency, and other countries will follow. Exemptions in Section 1504 will make the law ineffective. Please release the rules for Section 1504 with no exemption and no loopholes.
