Dear SEC committee:
Please pass the Volcker rule in its entirety. The big banks should not invest depositors money with private equity or hedge firms. This is not the contract that the depositors agreed to with the bank when they sign up for checking and savings accounts. Depositors want their money to remain SAFE, not to be gambled with.
