We need a strong Volcker Rule included in the bank regulations. Never again should banks be allowed to gamble and then to be bailed out by the taxpayers. The losses to individuals from the economic crash (including job losses, home foreclosures, decreased access to health insurance and a huge hit to retirement plans) were astronomical and we need REAL regulations and STRICT enforcement to make sure that this NEVER happens again.
