The mere discussion of changing the rules is KILLING those of us who are retired and invested in these vehicles. Now you want to change the rules and we are suffering huge losses in our principle.

These companies exist legally, they were formed in compliance with existing laws and regulations and once again this Administration is creating chaos and confusion by changing the rules of the game and moving the goal posts.

If you actually change the rules these companies will be worthless and millions of Americans with savings, pension plans and IRA's will be hurt.

Meanwhile the Fed has reduced the interest rate on savings accounts, CD's money markets and bonds to near nothing.

It's time the SEC help the little guy. If I want to sell a stock I have to sell it at $20.00 or 19.99. The machine traders can come in and sell it at 19.9995. Why does the SEC allow the big boys to slice and dice private investors using super computers.
