Why, can't the SEC do its job, all this is doing is causing disruption to the price's of these type of securities. It hurts a group of retired American Taxpayers. Why don't you focus on something more important like Naked Short Selling. It is your Job you know. By the way I think the SEC is the one of the Worst Performing Government Agencys.
