Honorable SEC Committee and Chairperson,
I wish to take the opportunity to state my agreement with the excellent comments of Mr. Jeffrey Cross, CEO, Cross Capital, Inc. made on Sept. 5, 2011.
As an investor, I can point out the unpleasantness of having to deal with the roiling of the markets when the SEC even hints at potential rule changes. Uncertainty at any time -- but certainly in these difficult times -- is unwelcome in the Financial Markets.
Yes, I am long Annaly Capital Management. To date, I have been most impressed with the Management by Mr. Farrell. I believe the ANNALY management team to operate in the best interest of the shareholders and the company.
