Comments to File Number S7-33-11 Use of Derivatives by Investment Companies
Are derivatives being regulated so that an asset is traded only once, and not multiple times.
Are credits such as Air Pollution Credits or Parking Credits being addressed. The assets do not physically exist, only the concept.
