I strongly support this proposal.

The need for transparency is unquestionably needed and needs to be a
top priority in combating deception among the markets.

Manipulation of the markets has been rife since it’s early days, and
it’s high time true measure were brought in to fight crime and
theft, and if fraud, manipulation, and Deception are connection with
security-based swaps, I cannot see any way why a reasonable mind would
not want this.
