I want to be exceptionally clear and say that I support proposal S7-32-10; Prohibition Against Fraud, Manipulation, or Deception in Connection with Security-Based Swaps; Prohibition against Undue Influence over Chief Compliance Officers; Position Reporting of Large Security-Based Swap Positions.

Personally, I believe that swaps shouldn't be legal in the first place, so it should be clear that anything that supports the removal of their abuses is something I am going to support. As the wisest among us say, light is the best disinfectant. To hide swaps as they have been hidden is nothing short of a crime of omission. Let all see how they moneyed interests are screwing over anyone and everyone they can. Bear these lies to the light and let the cards fall.

To close, there seems to be a very concerted effort to prevent the average citizen from seeing how bad things are economically. Inflation is going up and credit card debt is at a record high. Hiding these lies that swaps are to 2025 is grotesque. This proposal does not go far enough, nor will it be enacted quickly enough. However, I am a pragmatic woman and understand that one must crawl before they walk. The SEC is the child still trying to roll over, but with enough support from the normal people and not moneyed interests perhaps they can justify standing up to them instead of showing the citizens they are in regulatory capture.

With best intentions,
