I fully support this proposal and its implementation and enforcement. The only people who do not support this proposal are most likely trying to hide what are likely criminal actions and theft against the rest of us. Swaps can be a dangerous gamble. Its like giving your childs college tuition to a person with a gambling addiction. Except in this market those degenerate gamblers get to also ignore rules and cheat. Sent from my iPhone
