I am eager to support this proposal as it protects the integrity of the markets in terms of true price discovery. Free and fair markets aren’t free and fair when large players are able to undertake systemically risky bets via bespoke complex financial instruments. Transparency and reporting compliance add stability to the market and I feel that this rule is a great step in the right direction. Thank you, Andrew Orapallo
