Every single country has tried, time and time again to
mimic the success of the U.S markets, and failed every single time
because they couldn't provide the fair and openness that was
provided by the U.S markets.

Any legislation that will make the U.S markets more fair, more open
and makes it harder for any market participant to commit fraud, should
be welcomed with open arms. As an international resident who choose to
participate in the U.S markets instead of my own country's or any
other alternative market, I applaud the SEC for proposing this piece
of legislation and I fully support this attempt at market reform. All
the best for those who succeed with hard-work, honesty and integrity
and those who help uphold these principles.
