There should be no reason to be opposed to a regulation
that is designed to prohibit fraud, manipulation, and deception
besides being a party who benefits from those three things. Markets
are intended to be fair. When someone comes out on the side of fraud,
manipulation, and deception it should tell you all you need to know
about how they participate in the market. Using existing loopholes
with swaps in the name of so called liquidity that only
serve to profit them. Eliminate this advantage that the hedge funds
are so desperately trying to maintain as it is clear they benefit from
things that should not be allowed in a fair market.
