Hi, 


I am an advocate and proponent for market transparency. It is very suspicious and concerning to me that these swaps are reports being hidden from the public eye. What could be in these reports that, if exposed, would cause problems for certain individuals/entities and why would it? 


These swaps need to be investigated. It is very possible that swaps are being abused and used to commit fraud and other market manipulation tactics and those that manage the swaps are trying to avoid prosecution for their illegal or unethical activities with swaps.
