Dear Chair Gensler, I am writing this as a concerned investor in America's public markets. The public deserves transparency on security based swaps positions and secure loans. As an international investor it is becoming increasingly more worrisome to watch as America's Congress erodes the very foundations of the SEC and its rulemaking abilities. THE MARKETS ARE PUBLIC, NOT PRIVATE. Do NOT cave in to political interests, most of whom are paid off by big money lobbyists and private corporations in order to do their bidding. FAIR MARKETS ARE TRANSPARENT MARKETS. Suppressing data and information will only serve to compound the inherent risks, and cracks, that have already become widely visible. Sincerely, A concerned investor
