Hello SEC,

I find it absurd that swaps aren't reported in real time considering the technological capability increases in the last decade and even more absurd that data is being withheld from the public, especially from a governing body such as the CFTC. How can it be a free market when other participants have data and information advantages over others?

The technology capabilities are proven with big firms moving their HQs into New York in order to get the least amount of latency so they can get the best price and even skim pennies off of trades.

All swaps should be reported in a timely, descriptive in what they're swapping and accurate manner due to the possible financial destruction they could bring. In this regulation, it could spur on other countries to perform the same great movement in making markets more transparent and increase trust with governing bodies.

I hope my comment is read well and positive changes are made.

Yours sincerely,
Jack.
