October 31, 2022 After watching the debacle with Archegos unfold and learning how a single entity can cause such instability in our entire market, I fully support this proposal and am very pleased to see the Commission is taking seriously your mandate to increase the transparency of information available to investors. Public disclosure of daily swap data is critical to give me and other investors the information I need to protect myself and the companies I own from predatory market participants. Enforcement of this rule will be vital and so I was also pleased to see that the proposed rule includes provisions to prevent evasion. To avoid the next Archegos (because lets be honest we all know there are more out there that havent blown up yet but have the potential to cause just as much damage) I would like to see this rule applied internationally and the threshold lowered (as a collection of small positions can be just as damaging as a single large one). Please finalize and implement this rule as soo n as possible.
