 First thank you for reading this comment. I believe in the virtues of truth, justice, and love for your fellow man/woman.

It is amazing to me that we have created rules for insider trading, conflicts of interest, and reporting requirements that do not encapsulate swaps as well.  This data should be made public so that we can assess the risk that is taken on behalf of the public by the banking system and shadow banking system such as the hedge funds.

It feels to me that we are heading to another financial market collapse like no other. Who is responsible for this travesty?  Why should the public bail out bad actors with their excessive gambling habits?

The world would be a better place if truth, integrity, and transparency were the cornerstone of free market. Let the public accept the risks on their own.

Please force these bad actors to share their swap data so we can see how bad the problem is.
